The School of Education, in partnership with Continuing Education Programs, offers a Dignity for All Students Act (DASA) workshop. About The Dignity for All Students Act (DASA) Workshop
The School of Education’s Dignity for All Students Act Workshop is a six-hour course, fully online delivered as a combination of synchronous (live) online and asynchronous work totaling 6 hours. Hunter College is an approved provider by the New York State Education Department for the required DASA training and offers courses to teacher and school counseling candidates.
Program Information
- Pre-Workshop Assignments: Failure to submit pre-work prior to the start of the workshop, will result in an extended delay in notifying the New York State Education Department and the Hunter College School of Education of workshop completion.
- Note: Approximately one week prior to your scheduled DASA workshop date, you will receive an invitation to access to your DASA pre-work, where you will have several assignments to complete on your own time. You must complete the asynchronous pre-work prior to the start of your scheduled DASA workshop.
